A Dream Come True

I saw the moon landing, the Berlin wall come down....

....and tonight I stayed up to see Barack Obama elected by the American people as the next President of the United States.

At 4am at the same time I sent a text "Today the world is a better place" and Thomas sent me a text "And the world is a better place."


As Thomas said 'Great minds think alike'...yeah I reckon quite a few million great minds might be thinking alike.

A day that Jessie Jackson wasn't sure would happen as he stood alongside Martin Luther King...

...when it was all just 'a dream'...

...the dream has come true.
